Okay, I know I said that I wasn’t going to follow through with any sort of arch expanding upon the cancer incident, but I like to think of this direction as one intriguing enough to make up for my broken promises.

I know (mostly because I’ve been told so directly) that for some people this string of events and the concepts behind them may come across as a bit too esoteric. Although, that’s just the sacrifice I’m forced to make from time to time, for the sake of presenting concepts, which are in my mind such perfect orchestras of coinciding scenarios they must be realized… at least within the realm of fiction.

That probably makes it sound as though I have a perhaps overly aggrandized opinion regarding my own ideas, but it’s really just that I have a very high opinion of ideas in general, my own ideas just happen to be the only ones I feel authorized to speak of and also least likely to misinterpret.
